In today's world, leaders must be effective coaches.  This seminar shows leaders how to strategically coach for the purpose of performance improvement.  This is accomplished by “developing people and generating employee enthusiasm”.

 

Who should attend?

This interactive workshop provides supervisors, managers and executives with the skills they need to improve individual effectiveness.  The participants will have the opportunity for self-assessment, practice and action planning for direct application to the job.
