There will be Systems models of organizations as well as  motivation and empowerment models. Each model will include explanation, example and an exercise to apply to the job.

Who should attend?

This interactive workshop provides supervisors, managers and executives with the skills they need to more effectively get work done through people.  The participants will have the opportunity to assess their organization, themselves, and their opportunities to improve performance of those people they manage.
